If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Papa's Auto Parts LLC.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and fitment data on our website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information at any time. Prices are displayed in Georgian Lari (₾) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement using one of our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier availability and weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address.

5. Fitment Guarantee

We guarantee that parts listed as compatible with your vehicle will fit correctly when the accurate vehicle information (make, model, year, engine type) has been provided. If a part does not fit despite correct vehicle information, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. This guarantee does not cover cases where incorrect vehicle information was provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Papa's Auto Parts LLC and is protected by Georgian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Papa's Auto Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
