🚚 Free shipping on all orders over ₾150! Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The part must be unused and in its original packaging
- Include your order confirmation number and reason for return
- Electrical components and special-order items cannot be returned unless defective
- Fluids and opened chemical products are non-returnable for safety reasons
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
⚠️ Parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.
Exchanges
Need a different part? We offer free exchanges for items of equal value. If the replacement part costs more, you'll only pay the difference. Contact our team to arrange an exchange before shipping back the original item.
