Every product page lists the manufacturer (OEM) part number and the compatible models and years. The safest check is to compare that number with the one printed on your old part. If it is unreadable, send us your VIN and we will check fitment before you order.

Yes. Type the code with or without dashes (for example DG9Z-5K484-A or DG9Z5K484A) - both find the same part. Search also understands Georgian and Russian everyday names for parts.

Yes, we deliver by courier across Georgia. Delivery takes 1-2 days in Tbilisi and 3-5 days to the regions. You can order on the site any time; our operator confirms orders every day 10:00-19:00. The delivery price is agreed with our operator by phone, depending on your location.

Yes, pickup from our Tbilisi warehouse is free. We don't have a walk-in shop - choose “Pickup from warehouse” at checkout and our operator will agree the address and time with you.

Pay in cash or by card when you receive the order, or by bank transfer - our operator will send you the transfer details.

Yes, within 7 days, as long as the part is uninstalled and in its original packaging. Returns are free when you bring the part to our Tbilisi warehouse; if you send it by courier or post, you cover the shipping. Refunds are made within 7 days.

Yes, every part is new. Each product page shows the manufacturer (Ford or Motorcraft) and the OEM part number.

No, we only sell parts. If you are not sure which part you need, send us your VIN or a photo of the old part showing its number before you order.
